You will serve as a critical field leader executing and overseeing daily building processes across civil, utility, and treatment construction projects.

In this role, you will direct field crews, manage site productivity, and enforce safety while holding strictly to project budgets and job profitability.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Execute and oversee daily building processes for civil, utility, and treatment plant projects from start to finish.


* Coordinate site execution closely with the Site Superintendent, project managers, and field crews for successful job completion.


* Review and enforce project budgets on site, maintaining strict job profitability across all field operations.


* Proactively notify leadership of unforeseen job site circumstances or cost impacts that could increase project expenses.


* Monitor, enforce, and maintain a strict site safety plan across all project activities and team members.


* Take full personal accountability for project performance, crew professionalism, and high quality execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil, utility, or industrial construction environments.


* High School Diploma, GED, or completion of a trade-related vocational program.


* Active OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety Certification.


* Basic computer skills for digital time reporting, site communication, and project coordination.


* In-depth technical knowledge of general civil construction practices, site utilities, and treatment infrastructure.


* Strong leadership skills with a professional, respectful, and team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Practical experience conducting budget reviews alongside Estimating and Site Superintendents.


* Demonstrated experience leading field crews on municipal utility or treatment plant construction projects.


* OSHA 30-Hour or trenching and excavation competent person certifications.
