Job Summary

This role will assist in the production of products meeting customer specifications.

Job Responsibilities



* Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements


* Set stops or guides to specific lengths as indicated by scale, rule or templates


* Observes machine operation to detect product defects or machine malfunction


* Reviews product for inconsistencies or abnormal appearances assuring product meets quality requirements


* Performs routine machine maintenance


* Assists other operators to set up machines and any other necessary tasks to adhere to deadlines and completion of product


* Makes sure all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned areas

Job Requirements



* High school diploma/equivalent preferred


* At least 1 year of machine operating experience


* Ability to review and understand operator instructions


* Ability to operate a forklift


* Ability to use basic math


* Ability to communicate effectively with team member


* Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Compensation



* The hourly pay rate is $19.48-$21.89/hr.
