The Opportunity:

You will serve as the primary field leader taking full ownership of our expanding plumbing service and construction divisions.

This role empowers you to build high-performing crews, train apprentices, and drive department profitability across South Florida.

You will directly impact company growth while earning top-tier base compensation and performance commissions with Sanoma Builders.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Supervise daily residential and commercial plumbing service calls, emergency repairs, and maintenance operations.


* Oversee underground plumbing, rough-ins, top-outs, and final fixture installations for new construction projects.


* Read and interpret architectural drawings, engineering specs, and plumbing blueprints to ensure total code compliance.


* Lead, mentor, and train apprentice plumbers and field technicians to establish consistent installation standards.


* Coordinate scheduling, manpower, equipment, and material takeoffs to maintain project timelines and budgets.


* Conduct field quality control inspections and manage inspections, testing, and project closeouts with local municipalities.


* Interface directly with customers and project managers to provide technical estimates and expand department operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Active Florida Master Plumber certification or license in good standing.


* Minimum 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience spanning both plumbing service and new construction.


* Proven track record of supervising, mentoring, and managing multiple plumbing crews simultaneously.


* Advanced expertise in the Florida Plumbing Code and local permitting requirements.


* Valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* Demonstrated experience managing a plumbing service department or new construction division.


* Strong background in project estimating, job costing, material takeoffs, and department profit margin tracking.


* Prior experience managing permits and code inspections across Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
