DePuy Synthes is recruiting for an Analyst, Benefits - North America, located in Bogota, Colombia.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.

The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.

The Analyst, Benefits - North America is part of the Global Services Human Resources (GS HR) organization and supports the delivery and administration of employee benefit programs across North America.

This role serves as a key resource for employees, managers, vendors, and HR partners by providing benefits expertise, resolving complex inquiries, supporting benefit operations, and ensuring a high-quality employee experience.

This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across multiple countries, contribute to process improvements, support annual benefit events and program implementations, and help ensure compliance with benefit plan policies and regulatory requirements.

The role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys problem solving, customer service, and working in a fast-paced, global environment.
