Job Description

The Value Stream Analyst supports strategic and operational activities across end-to-end (E2E) product and Therapeutics supply chain value stream.

Reporting to the Value Stream Director, this role partners with Supply Chain, R&D, Commercial, Quality, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to support the development, execution, and monitoring of Product Strategy Roadmaps (PSRs) and value stream initiatives.

This position provides an opportunity to contribute to business-critical programs while developing expertise in product strategy, supply chain operations, value stream management, and cross-functional project execution.

Key Responsibilities:


* Support the development, refresh, and execution of Product Strategy Roadmaps (PSRs) for assigned products, in alignment with VSM standards and governance.


* Coordinate cross‑functional inputs (Supply Chain, R&D, Commercial, Quality, Finance) to support E2E product strategies, initiative prioritization, and execution planning.
