Position Summary

The General Manager is responsible for leading the overall DePuy Synthes business in Taiwan, delivering sustainable growth, strengthening customer partnerships, developing organizational capability, and ensuring execution of the MedTech strategy.

This leader will serve as a member of the Southeast & North Asia (SENA) leadership team and will be accountable for commercial performance, talent development, customer engagement, and business transformation initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

• Develop and execute the Taiwan business strategy aligned with regional and global priorities.

• Deliver revenue, profitability, market share, and operational objectives across all DePuy Synthes platforms.

• Lead and inspire a high-performing organization across sales, marketing, commercial excellence, and support functions.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, surgeons, hospital administrators, procurement leaders, professional societies, and government agencies.
