We are searching for the best talent for Bids and Tender Senior Specialist, EP MEA.

Purpose:

The Bids and Tender Specialist, EP MEA supports the end-to-end bids and tender management process across the Electrophysiology business in MEA, ensuring timely, compliant, accurate, and competitive submissions that support business growth and mitigate risk.

This role manages tender execution in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, and other business functions.

The Bids and Tender Specialist contributes to effective tender evaluation, submission, award management, and post-award activities, while supporting the Bids and Tendering Leader in improving tools, governance, reporting, and process discipline across EP MEA.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, rigorous attention to compliance standards, commercial acumen, and a continuous improvement mindset to help advance bids and tendering excellence across EP MEA.
