As a meber of the global EHSS team, t he Senior Manager, Industrial Hygiene (IH) provides strategic and operational leadership for Industrial Hygiene programs supporting DePuy Synthes operations.

This role is responsible for protecting employee health by identifying , evaluating, and controlling workplace health hazards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, and driving continuous improvement across IH processes.

The role has a direct impact on employee safety, regulatory readiness, and operational excellence across the site and broader network.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Industrial Hygiene programs, including exposure assessment, hazard evaluation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with applicable IH, EHS, and occupational health regulations (e.g., OSHA, ACGIH) and internal DePuy Synthes standards.

Serve as the site and regional subject matter expert for Industrial Hygiene, providing guidance to EHS partners, operations, and leadership teams.
