What You’ll Do

As a Broadband/Telecom Installation Technician you will serve as the face of Arvig in Grand Meadow.

You will:


* Safely install, test, and repair broadband, internet, TV, and phone services for residential and local business customers  


* Run wiring, set up routers/Wi-Fi equipment, and troubleshoot technical issues on-site


* Educate customers on how to use their services and equipment with a friendly, helpful approach


* Work independently in the field while receiving guidance and support from senior team members

What You Need to Succeed


* High school diploma or equivalent


* 2 years of customer in customer facing roles


* Experience operating hand tools and troubleshooting electronics, computers, routers, streaming devices or apps


* Be at least 18 years of age


* Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record


* Ability to effectively communicate and educate customers on company products and functions


* Structure and organized

Bonus points if you have:


* Experience working in a technical field position


* Basic knowledge of telecommunication equipment and installation

Location 

Grand Meadow, MN

Your Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM; on call rotation required
