Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care by:


* Monitoring residents' conditions and assessing their healthcare needs


* Observing and interpreting symptoms and promptly communicating changes to physicians


* Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans


* Administering medications, treatments, and routine nursing procedures


* Maintaining accurate and timely patient documentation


* Promoting a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment for residents

Qualifications


* Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license


* Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills


* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
