Job Summary

Key Responsibilities


* Oversee electrical construction projects and execute project schedules and plans.


* Lead field operations while maintaining a strong Field First culture.


* Plan and track labor to support productivity and project goals.


* Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and daily field activities.


* Provide technical interpretation and support to field teams.


* Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to support proper installation.


* Ensure all work meets IPS quality standards and project requirements.


* Ensure all employees and subcontractors follow company safety policies and procedures.


* Coordinate with General Contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, customers, and other project partners.


* Communicate project progress, challenges, and needs with Project Managers and leadership.


* Identify opportunities to improve productivity, installation methods, and project execution.


* Maintain positive working relationships with customers, employees, subcontractors, and project partners.


* Support training and development of field employees.


* Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.


* Eliminate waste and improve work processes wherever possible.

Minimum Job Requirements


* Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent.


* Strong knowledge of electrical construction practices and field operations.


* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents.


* Strong understanding of construction scheduling, manpower planning, and productivity.


* Ability to coordinate effectively with General Contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, customers, and internal teams.


* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
