Work You'll Do


* Design, develop, and enhance Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, and Power Automate workflows, to support strategic analytics and decision-making initiatives.


* Gather and translate stakeholder requirements into scalable, user-focused applications, reports, and automation solutions.


* Integrate, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and data-driven insights.


* Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing applications, dashboards, and automated processes within the Microsoft ecosystem, including SharePoint and Teams.


* Support full solution lifecycles, including testing, deployment, documentation, user training, and production sustainment activities.


* Collaborate with business and technical teams in an agile, iterative delivery environment to continuously improve analytics capabilities and user experience.
