Work You'll Do

As a Consultant, Engineering and Product on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for...


* Supporting design validation sessions, focus groups, and working sessions to capture business and user needs


* Translating user and business needs into requirements, user stories, process flows, journey maps, and related delivery artifacts


* Documenting current-state and future-state impacts, including usability, change, and adoption considerations


* Developing or supporting readiness and communications materials, including fact sheets, newsletters, and milestone updates


* Coordinating delivery operations, including agendas, meeting materials, minutes, action logs, status updates, trackers, and repositories


* Partner with UX, E2E, System Integrator, and adjacent teams to manage dependencies, overlaps, and integration points

Qualifications

Required:

* 3+ years of experience supporting business analysis, user experience, organizational change, product delivery, or process improvement efforts


* 3+ years of experience in financial management and/or supply chain processes
