This role is focused on BankingSuite, a managed composable banking platform that helps regional, universal, and community banks launch new digital businesses, products and customer value proposition and modernizes technology platforms, specifically next gen core banking and experience layers (customer and employee workbench).

Position Summary

We are looking for a talented individual with an innovation and start-up mentality to join the Converge BankingSuite team in our mission to develop differentiated financial services products that help our clients achieve their ambition of market-leading customer experiences and composable architectures.

As the leader of the BankingSuite product team, you will be the conduit between banking clients, the product team and engineering team, and the Deloitte sales/delivery teams driving product outcomes to achieve sales in market.

You will work closely with the Deloitte sales/delivery leaders to shape enablement efforts and drive product development and delivery to market.

You will ensure that client feedback and market trends shape the roadmap and meet the overall product strategy long term.

Work you'll do

Design, build, and operate digital experiences, and features within the BankingSuite platform by leading the product team to define capabilities, create backlog, lead technology execution, and orchestrate multiple FinTech vendors within a modern and complex ecosystem.

Prioritize strategic requests, contract and partner with external firms, execute changes in a high-quality fashion, and communicate progress to key stakeholders.

Provide KPI's that inform management of the highest priority features to accomplish, with hypotheses on the impact of new features on B2B sales and overall product experience.

Key Responsibilities


* Be the "CEO of your domain" by leading a cross-functional team of product owners, UX designers, full stack engineers, data engineers, and scrum master towards building innovative digital banking features in a model that is unique to the banking industry.


* Hands on execution of the product vision, from ideation through product feature prioritization, oversight of architecture and solution design, to development team project management, to quality assurance and deployment.
