Market & Event Management Manage all aspects of High Point showroom operations, including construction projects, upgrades, vendors, and city requirementsMaintain and manage the annual market calendarCoordinate market setup teams and oversee event preparation timelinesResearch, plan, and execute market events and customer experiencesCoordinate all market logistics, including: Dcor and displaysSignage and brandingEquipment and suppliesCateringVendors and contractorsSchedules and shipping logisticsSample tags and showroom materials Attend and assist with setup and execution of all markets and trade shows Travel & Logistics Coordination Book and manage travel arrangements including flights, hotels, rental cars, and itinerariesCoordinate travel logistics for market teams and company personnelSupport vendor negotiations and contract management Showroom & Inventory Management Oversee showroom inventory throughout the yearCoordinate inventory shipments, liquidations, sample sales, and inventory trackingManage sample purchases and shipmentsOversee swatch requests and swatch inventory management Internal Communication & Events Coordinate internal communications related to markets and eventsManage and update sales territory maps and sales representative directoriesCoordinate office events and employee engagement activitiesDevelop marketing materials, signage, flyers, and promotional piecesAssist with phone marketing campaigns and scriptsSupport additional marketing initiatives and projects as needed What We're Looking For Requ...
