Join us as we continue to redefine the standards of excellence in property management! Who We Need We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Maintenance Technician to join the facilities team at a 423-unit luxury residential community in Chestnut Hill.

This is an important role within a highly experienced building operations team and is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, completing hands-on repairs, taking ownership of projects, and maintaining high standards throughout a residential community.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Facilities Manager and other members of the maintenance team to support the daily operation, maintenance, and long-term care of the property.

The position offers the opportunity to expand technical knowledge, take on increasing responsibility, and grow professionally within a well-established residential community.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

Candidates must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be professionally mannered and reliable, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Candidates who live within approximately 20 miles of the community are preferred for efficient response time.

Pay is commensurate with experience.

What You'll Do The Senior Maintenance Technician works collaboratively with the Facilities Manager and maintenance team to support the reliable operation, maintenance, and appearance of the property's building systems, common areas, grounds, and other community features.

Responsibilities include: Perform preventive, routine, responsive, and emergency maintenance throughout the property.Diagnose and troubleshoot building maintenance and mechanical issues and complete repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, flooring, HVAC, and general building systems.Complete resident work orders and provide in-unit maintenance services, including minor repairs, light bulb replacements, and general handyman services.Inspect buildings, grounds, common areas, and the physical plant; identify maintenance needs and address issues proactively.Assist with...
