What we need…
A corporate Facilities Engineering Specialist to support the day to day maintenance and operations of COCC's buildings and grounds.
This hands-on role works with modern facilities tools, shipping systems, and maintenance equipment to ensure a safe, functional, and professional environment.
The Facilities team is a tight knit, experienced group that takes pride in their work while maintaining a positive, team-oriented culture.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being a critical part of a well-run organization.
Ideal candidates may come from facilities, construction, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, or general maintenance backgrounds and are looking to grow their career in a stable corporate environment.
