Sales Account Manager

Sales Account Manager We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Account Manager to join the Auburn Ridge team.

Based out of our Monona location, this role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, growing existing customer relationships, and helping customers bring their projects to life through custom cabinetry, millwork, and building material solutions.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Identify, pursue, and secure new sales opportunities to support continued business growth.

Promote and sell custom cabinetry, millwork, and related building material solutions.

Meet with customers to understand project needs and recommend products and services that best meet their objectives.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, product information, and project estimates.

Review blueprints, plans, specifications, and project drawings to identify customer needs and project requirements.

Take and verify field measurements to support accurate estimating and successful project execution.

Follow up on leads, proposals, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts throughout the sales process.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that customer expectations, project requirements, and timelines are communicated effectively.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and account activity.

Attend customer appointments, job-site meetings, networking events, and industry functions as needed.

Qualifications: Two or more years of sales, account management, business development, or related customer-facing experience required.

Experience in cabinetry, millwork, lumber, building materials, construction products, or related industries preferred.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop new business and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, specifications, and shop drawings.

Ability to accurately take and verify field measurements.
