This position is critical to develop and execute the marketing and communications strategy to ensure appropriate access for patients and healthcare providers to Taiho Oncology products.

Position Summary:

​​​Ensure development and delivery of strategically aligned programs, materials, and initiatives to support appropriate engagement and communications with the prioritized Market Access customer segments.

The Director of Market Access Marketing is a strategic role focused on developing and executing marketing strategies to maximize appropriate access for patients to Taiho Oncology products across all US payer channels.

This individual will collaborate across all business functions and engage with key internal and external stakeholders to create impactful access to related communications and initiatives to ensure appropriate access for patients and healthcare providers.  The Director of Market Access Marketing will report to the Executive Director, Market Access and Policy.​​

Performance Objectives:


* ​​Lead the development and execution of market access strategy and business planning for all Taiho Oncology pipeline and commercial assets across all US market access segments. 


* ​Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners including HEOR, Legal, Marketing, Market Research, Medical Affairs and Sales to capture relevant account insights, identify data gaps, develop compelling value propositions, and ensure field-based teams are equipped with the appropriate tools and support.
