Sales Execution Project Coordinator

Join Schneider Electric's Canadian Secure Power Cloud & Service Provider (C&SP) team as a Sales Execution Project Coordinator.

In this role, you will support the execution of customer projects and orders by coordinating activities across sales, customer care, factories, logistics teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

You will help ensure projects move efficiently from order placement through delivery and invoicing, while providing operational support to the sales team and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, and is looking to build experience in project coordination, operations, and the data center industry.

What will you do?



* Serve as the primary inside sales support resource for the C&SP outside sales team, helping drive customer opportunities from quotation through delivery and post-sales support.


* Partner with internal teams across the business to support customer projects, resolve operational challenges, expedite orders, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.


* Coordinate project and order activities, including order management, shipment tracking, invoicing, and customer communications.


* Maintain sales operational excellence through forecasting support, pipeline management, reporting, and data accuracy.


* Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and proactively work with stakeholders to keep customer commitments on track.

What qualifications will make you successful?



* 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, customer operations, order management, sales operations, or a related customer-facing role


* Experience leading complex customer projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving projects from initiation through completion


* Understanding of technology infrastructure, critical power, data center environments, electrical systems, supply chain operations, and fulfillment processes


* Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field (preferred)


* Previous experience working with distributors, channel partners, or inside sales teams (asset)
