Incoming Inspection Supervisor

The position plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations, supplier quality management, new product introduction, technology transfer and continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to patient safety, product quality and operational excellence.


* Lead, coach and develop a team of Quality Engineers, Quality Technicians and Inspection personnel.


* Establish clear objectives aligned to site and business priorities.


* Conduct performance reviews, development planning and succession activities.


* Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement.


* Ensure appropriate resource planning and prioritisation to support operational and strategic objectives.


* Foster employee engagement and support creation of a high-performing team environment.

Work Experience


* Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related technical discipline.


* Significant experience within a quality engineering or manufacturing environment.


* Demonstrated experience leading technical teams or supervisory responsibilities.


* Strong understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes and quality engineering principles.


* Experience in root cause analysis, CAPA management and problem-solving methodologies.


* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:


* Experience in Medical Device, Diagnostics, Healthcare or other regulated industries.


* Knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485 and medical device regulations.


* Experience using electronic Quality Management Systems.
