Its this energy and commitment that drive CJPs mission.We are one of Boston's oldest and most respected philanthropic organizations and we are currently seeking a Vice President, Information Technology.

The Vice President will lead a cross-functional team of IT, data, analytics, operations, and technology professionals and will have responsibility for CJPs technology ecosystem, including business applications, data and analytics, technical infrastructure, cybersecurity, end-user support, and technology operations Working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders across CJP, the Vice President will develop and execute a long-term technology roadmap aligned with CJPs strategic priorities.

This leader will play a critical role in advancing CJPs technology infrastructure and platforms to improve organizational effectiveness, strengthen decision-making, enhance the employee experience, and better serve CJPs community.

The Vice President will also partner closely with teams across the organization to advance technology solutions supporting fundraising, community engagement, grantmaking, finance, marketing, and communications.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with business acumen, sound judgment, and an ability to build trusted relationships across the organization.

Essential Functions: Technology Strategy and Leadership Develop and execute CJPs long-term technology strategy and roadmap in alignment with organizational priorities and CJPs multi-year strategic direction.

Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on technology, data, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and emerging technology opportunities.

Assess CJPs technology environment and identify opportunities to modernize systems, streamline processes, improve integration, and increase organizational effectiveness.

Translate organizational needs and business challenges into scalable technology solutions.

Establish priorities and allocate technology resources to areas of greatest organizational impact.
