Rockland Trust is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Loan Booking & Funding Specialist to join our Commercial Loan Operations team.

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our Business Banking and Commercial Lending teams by accurately setting up, booking, and funding loans while ensuring a high level of service and operational excellence.

Training will be provided on internal systems and processes.

Responsibilities
•    Accurately board and maintain Business Banking and Commercial loan accounts within the Bank's loan systems.
•    Support the funding process for commercial loans and lines of credit, ensuring transactions are completed timely and accurately.
•    Partner with lending, loan closing, and post-closing teams to facilitate the seamless onboarding of new loan relationships.
•    Review loan information and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
•    Process account maintenance requests, loan advances, and related transactions.
•    Research and resolve discrepancies or booking errors as needed.
•    Process general ledger entries and other operational transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
•    Maintain compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
•    Deliver exceptional service to internal business partners and customers.
•    Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
•    Assist with additional departmental projects and responsibilities as assigned.
