Johnson & Johnson is currently searching for 1 intern to join our Internship in the Operations Department at Latina Plant (Borgo San Michele).

Activities

The Intern will be supporting and be trained on the following activities:



* Support the tool for measuring efficiency of production equipment (OEE - Overall Equipment Effectiveness).


* Help manage Production Key Performance Indicators.


* Support in monitoring the production rhythm wheels.


* Participation in monitoring the progress of the production plan.


* Facilitate daily meetings with different site teams (e.g.

maintenance, planning, production, quality etc.).


* Identify areas of improvement on the shopfloor.


* Support the implementation of shopfloor improvement initiatives.


* Support supervisors with team communications on safety/quality issues, performance and new projects.

Requirements



* Master's degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, CTF, Chemistry, Biotechnology


* Good skills of ownership and accountability


* Proficiency in Italian language


* Fluent in English


* Good knowledge of MS Office (Good knowledge of Excel is considered as a plus)

As this position is posted in a country that is subject to EU transparency requirements, the Talent Acquisition Team will provide pay range.
