The Opportunity

You will lead industrial earthwork and civil construction execution from initial bid estimation through project completion.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed bids for industrial civil and heavy construction projects.


* Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring safety standards, schedules, and budgets are met.


* Analyze construction plans, blueprints, and engineering specifications to establish accurate project scopes.


* Oversee site operations and coordinate subcontractors to maintain efficient field workflows.


* Track project financials, resource allocation, and material schedules to optimize profitability.


* Communicate with clients, engineers, and site leaders to resolve technical obstacles proactively.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Proven track record of managing and estimating civil construction and earthwork projects.


* In-depth understanding of general engineering principles and industrial construction execution.


* Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets and cost forecasts.


* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and field crews.


* Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% for regional project site management.


* 8 or more years of related experience in civil and heavy industrial construction.


* Experience Managing projects 1M+

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.


* Advanced proficiency with estimating software and construction management tools.
