The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital field technician delivering high-quality residential and commercial irrigation services across Suffolk County.

This role provides you with your own dedicated service truck and daily routes to ensure steady, varied, and rewarding work.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Perform routine sprinkler start-ups, seasonal maintenance, and comprehensive system winterizations for clients.


* Troubleshoot and diagnose complex electrical issues across diverse residential and commercial irrigation systems.


* Execute precise plumbing repairs to keep all irrigation components operating at peak efficiency.


* Provide exceptional customer service while interacting directly with property owners and site managers.


* Utilize Service Fusion software to manage daily dispatched routes and maintain detailed job records.


* Collaborate closely with fellow field technicians and office support staff to resolve job site challenges.


* Maintain high quality and safety standards while operating company tools, equipment, and service vehicles daily.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in irrigation system installation, maintenance, or repair.


* Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.


* Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical components and perform plumbing repairs related to irrigation systems.


* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to ensure professional customer interactions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


* Bilingual language skills.


* Prior experience utilizing field management dispatch software such as Service Fusion.
