Join the Translational Systems Toxicology team as a summer intern and drive the development and maintenance of automated update workflows for our genomics-pharmacology database, a critical resource for advancing our pipeline.

Transform genomic and pharmacologicaldata sources into structured, analysis-ready datasets, and build reliable, reproducible pipelines that keep the database current.

Partner with scientists and engineers across functions to accelerate decisions in preclinical safety assessment.

Responsibility

• Development and maintenance of automated database update workflows (scheduling, monitoring, alerts) to ensure timely, reproducible refreshes for our existing database.

• Support and improve existing database integration pipelines to ingest and harmonize preclinical and clinical datasets (genomics, pharmacology, toxicology, chemistry/assay results, etc.), including data cleaning, harmonization, verification, and annotation.

• Build and maintain reproducible analysis scripts and dashboards to support exploratory analysis and reporting.

• Document data models, pipelines, SOPs, and work instructions to enable hand-off and reuse.
