We are searching for the best talent for Equipment Engineer to join our OTTAVA team.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


* Own assigned manufacturing and test equipment through specification, selection, design review, FAT/SAT, installation, commissioning, qualification, release, maintenance, modification, and retirement.


* Execute or support URS/FRS, risk assessments, engineering drawings, maintenance strategies, spare-parts plans, calibration requirements, work instructions, change records, and validation protocols/reports.


* Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, robotic, controls, software-interface, and computer-related equipment failures while protecting personnel, product, data integrity, and the validated state.


* Monitor equipment Availability and uptime; analyze downtime events, MTBF, MTTR, work-order history, repeat failures, and response effectiveness; implement corrective and preventive actions.


* Analyze equipment Performance losses such as slow cycles, micro-stops, jams, intermittent faults, and reduced operating rate; confirm baseline and ideal-cycle assumptions before declar...
