Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a n Import/Export Ops Specialist, located in Central Singapore.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.

The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months , subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required , regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following co nclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.

Job Overview

The Import/Export Ops Specialist supports day‑to‑day import and export operations to ensure compliant, accurate , and timely cross‑border movement of products.

This role plays an important part in maintaining trade compliance, supporting supply chain continuity, and enabling efficient operations across regional and global markets.

The position offers hands‑on exposure to trade processes in a highly regulated environment and contributes directly to operational reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



* Execute import and export transactions in accordance with applicable customs, trade, and regulatory requirements.



* Prepare, review, and maintain accurate trade documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and shipping records.



* Coordinate with logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely clearance and delivery of goods.
