As a Host, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our guests meet and play an important role in making every stay and dining experience a memorable one.

We are looking for a warm, confident, and guest-focused Host to join our team.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:


* Welcome and greet guests warmly, creating a positive first impression.


* Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable and well taken care of.


* Answer telephone calls, take reservations, and communicate special guest requests.


* Understand and anticipate guests’ needs, providing attentive and personalized service.


* Assist guests with queries and provide helpful information and recommendations.


* Communicate effectively with the restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient service.


* Maintain a strong knowledge of menus, outlets, and available services.


* Attend daily briefings and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.


* Follow IHG grooming, health, safety, and service standards.


* Report any guest comments, service concerns, or safety issues to the appropriate supervisor.


* Support opening, closing, and other operational duties as required.


* Help create memorable moments by making every guest feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

What we need from you:


* Bachelor’s degree or secondary education certificate is required.
