Position Type: Part-Time Day & Night Shift (Rotating weekend shift)

Hours: Day 7:00am- 7:00pm- Night 7:00pm - 7:00am

Dublin Post Acute is currently seeking Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team!
Position Summary

The LPN will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents while working collaboratively with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.


* Administer medications and treatments as ordered.


* Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.


* Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the healthcare team.


* Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare regulations.


* Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of care.

Qualifications


* Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.


* Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.


* Strong communication and organizational skills.


* Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.


* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.


* Reliable attendance and professionalism.
