Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Float

Join Our Community Health Nursing Team ReGenesis Health Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient-centered care at our Northside health center and other assigned RHC locations.

This position offers a combination of a regular assignment and floating coverage: two days per week at Northside and three days per week at assigned RHC health centers.

Pay, Benefits and Incentives Hourly pay: $25.00$31.00, based on experience.Sign-on bonus: $2,000, paid after 90 days.Quarterly incentives: Eligibility after 90 days; listed average bonus of $1,600.Medical, dental, vision and life insurance, with eligibility beginning the first of the month following hire.18 paid days off.9 paid company holidays, including your birthday.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid continuing medical education.

What You Will Do Provide nursing care under the direction of a physician or other authorized healthcare provider, within the LPN scope of practice and established RHC policies.Support patient visits through rooming, obtaining histories and vital signs, preparing examination rooms, and assisting with examinations and procedures.Carry out provider orders accurately and promptly.Document patient observations, nursing interventions and care provided in the electronic medical record.Communicate changes in patient condition and other clinical concerns to the appropriate provider or clinical leader.Provide patient education and reinforce care instructions related to identified medical and psychosocial needs.Perform assigned point-of-care testing and maintain quality control standards, records and logs.Prepare and maintain clinical supplies and equipment.Follow infection prevention, exposure control and workplace safety procedures.Protect patient privacy and maintain the confidentiality and security of patient records.Support RHC quality standards and applicable Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) program requirements.Adapt to different clinical teams and workflows while providing consistent, culturally responsive care.Attend required training, maintain professional licensure and certifications, and participate in continuing education.
