Key Responsibilities Make Thoughtful Underwriting Decisions Review new business, renewals, inspections, quote exceptions, and policy changes for eligibility, appropriate rating, and alignment with underwriting guidelines.Evaluate risk information and claims activity to make informed underwriting decisions within your level of authority.

Build Strong Partnerships Provide responsive, solutions-focused support to agency partners and clearly communicate underwriting decisions.Collaborate with Sales, Claims, and other teams to resolve policy questions and support shared business goals.

Deliver Quality Service Process underwriting transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining strong service and documentation standards.Help identify opportunities to improve processes and the experience we provide to our agency partners.

Learn, Grow & Support Others Continue developing your underwriting knowledge and take on greater authority and complexity as your experience grows.At more experienced levels, evaluate complex risks and provide guidance, training, and mentorship to teammates.
