HR Operations Specialist

Mission

We are looking for a People Operations (HR) Specialist to support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and ensure accurate HR administration and documentation.

This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting payroll and reporting activities, managing employee documentation, and providing HR operational support to employees and key stakeholders.

You will join an international HR team, collaborating with local and global stakeholders across Schneider Electric.

Key Responsibilities


* Managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal transfers, compensation changes, and offboarding


* Maintain employee records and update HR systems with accurate employee and organizational data


* Prepare employment agreements, amendments, employment certificates, and other HR documentation


* Manage business trips, leave of absence, sick leave, and related timesheet updates


* Support statutory and payroll reporting activities by providing accurate employee data


* Manage physical and electronic employee documentation, including archive administration


* Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR administration inquiries and manage HR requests and tickets


* Maintain and update HR knowledge base documentation and process guides


* Provide backup support for Payroll operations when required


* Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Global HR teams


* Support local, regional, and global HR projects and process improvement initiatives

Qualification&Experience


* University degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Psychology


* Previous experience in HR Administration, People Operations, or a similar HR support role.


* Solid knowledge of local labor law and HR administration processes


* Experience managing employee lifecycle activities and HR documentation


* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


* Good communication and stakeholder management skills


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities


* Intermediate English or above (written and spoken)
