Lean Process Engineer

Are you energized by analyzing data, digging into processes, and working with diverse teams to deliver results? We are seeking a dedicated Lean Process Engineer to join our team.

In this role, you will ensure a successful transformation for Engineer to Order (ETO) plants, specifically within SPS Readiness Actions, as they transition from legacy systems to the latest version of SAP.

You will work closely with plants, project teams, and other resources to ensure readiness actions are completed before the new ERP implementation/upgrade.

What will you do?



* Promote change and continuous improvement by supporting SPS readiness in data quality, material flow, warehouse layouts, and planning processes.



* Collaborate closely with plant teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable steps.



* Help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve process or project challenges to enable smooth implementation.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?


* Experience in continuous improvement and change management.


* Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.


* Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP, is a plus .

For this U.S.

based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year.

This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
