HR Business Partner - Gyöngyös

Join us as an HR Business Partner Manager and become a trusted advisor to leadership.

You'll shape workforce strategy, drive talent initiatives, and create meaningful impact across the organization.

What will you do?

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a strategic and operational role in supporting our manufacturing organization in Gyöngyös.

You will partner with plant director and managers to drive people initiatives, strengthen organizational capabilities, and foster an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing culture.

You will act as a trusted advisor, championing talent development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and change management while ensuring alignment with Schneider Electric's people strategy and values.

Your key responsibilities:


* Partner with business leaders to support the achievement of operational and organizational goals.


* Provide coaching and guidance on people-related matters, leadership effectiveness, performance management, and employee development.


* Drive talent management processes, including succession planning, development planning, and workforce planning.


* Lead employee engagement initiatives and support actions that enhance the employee experience.


* Facilitate organizational changes and transformation projects.


* Support labor relations activities and ensure compliance with local employment legislation and company policies.


* Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend actions.


* Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and HR Operations teams to deliver best-in-class HR solutions.


* Promote Schneider Electric's culture, values, diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing agenda.

What qualifications will make you successful?


* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.


* 3-5 years of experience in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist roles


* Previous experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments is an advantage.


* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.


* Ability to build trust and establish effective partnerships with leaders at different organizational levels.


* Experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.


* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.


* Fluent Hungarian and English language skills.


* Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving capabilities.
