Superintendent-Concrete
Murray Logan Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Superintendent to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil/marine construction projects.
The Concrete Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all concrete construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

This position provides direct supervision of field crews, subcontractors, and concrete operations, including formwork, reinforcing steel placement, concrete pours, finishing, and curing activities for commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and heavy civil construction projects.
* Minimum of 5-10 years of concrete construction experience.
* Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience managing concrete crews on commercial, industrial, structural, or heavy civil projects.
* Experience with elevated slabs, foundations, retaining walls, and structural concrete preferred.
* Extensive knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
* Understanding of formwork systems, reinforcing steel placement, concrete finishing, and curing techniques.
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, shop drawings, and schedules.
* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
* Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* First Aid/CPR Certification preferred.
* Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
