Superintendent-Pile Driving

Murray Logan Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pile Driving Superintendent to support the successful planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil/marine construction projects.

The Pile Driving Superintendent is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all pile driving operations on construction projects to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.

* Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in pile driving, foundation construction, or heavy civil construction.


* Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or superintendent experience preferred.


* Experience with bridge, marine, highway, foundation, or heavy civil construction projects preferred.


* Strong knowledge of pile driving methods, techniques, equipment, and construction practices.


* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and engineering plans.


* Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards.


* Strong leadership and team management skills.


* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.


* Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.


* Strong understanding of project budgeting and cost control principles.


* First Aid/CPR certification preferred.


* Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

The Pile Driving Superintendent position requires the ability to work in demanding outdoor construction environments for extended periods.

The employee must frequently stand, walk, climb ladders, navigate uneven terrain, and access active construction sites, including marine and bridge projects.

Regular bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching are required while inspecting operations and equipment.
