Locker Room Manager/Clubhouse Concierge (Seasonal Oct 1 - Jun 1)

Position Summary High Grove is seeking a highly organized and experienced hospitality professional to serve as Locker Room Manager / Clubhouse Concierge.

This hands-on management position is responsible for the organization, presentation, readiness, and daily operation of the member and guest locker room while also serving as a highly visible clubhouse host and concierge.

This is a management role defined by ownership, accountability, independent decision-making, and responsibility for the member and guest experience rather than by supervision of a large team.

The successful candidate will be level-headed, polished, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and welcoming presence.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in a private club, luxury resort, hotel, or other high-level hospitality environment and will work closely with Golf Operations, Food and Beverage, Culinary, Housekeeping, Caddie Services, and Club Operations to ensure each member and guest experience is seamless and thoughtfully coordinated.

Key Responsibilities · Member and Guest Experience: Serve as a primary clubhouse host, welcome members and guests, anticipate needs, build relationships, and provide personalized, discreet service throughout each visit.

· Locker Room Management: Manage member and guest locker assignments, preparation, organization, and readiness for daily play, overnight stays, tournaments, and special events.

· Clubhouse Concierge: Maintain a visible presence in the clubhouse, respond to member and guest requests, coordinate details across departments, and help ensure a seamless arrival-through-departure experience.

· Amenities and Presentation: Maintain exceptional presentation of the locker room and assigned clubhouse areas; stock and replenish towels, toiletries, beverages, and other member and guest amenities.

· Arrival and Departure Support: Assist with luggage coordination, overnight guest arrivals and departures, locker readiness, and other hospitality details as needed.

· Food and Beverage Support: Partner with the Food and Beverage and Culinary teams to support dining and beverage service within the locker room and clubhouse areas, including hospitality station preparation and presentation.

· Operational Coordination: Communicate closely with Golf Operations, Food and Beverage, Culinary, Housekeeping, Caddie Services, and Club Operations to coordinate daily activity and member and guest needs.

· Inventory and Organization: Monitor supplies and amenities, maintain appropriate inventory levels, and ensure storage and service areas remain organized and prepared.

· Issue Resolution: Address member and guest concerns promptly, calmly, and professionally; use sound judgment and coordinate with club leadership when additional support is appropriate.
