The Opportunity:

You will serve as a key field electrician delivering high-quality residential and commercial electrical services directly across customer job sites.

This role provides the independence to manage electrical projects autonomously while representing a company dedicated to your professional advancement.

You will play a vital role in building customer trust and expanding Naugle's electrical division.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Execute residential and commercial electrical installation, diagnostic, and repair work independently on customer job sites.


* Troubleshoot complex wiring, power distribution, and electrical systems efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.


* Prepare accurate job estimates and detailed cost quotes for residential service work and system upgrades.


* Provide clear communication to homeowners and commercial clients regarding diagnostic findings and proposed solutions.


* Deliver work directly at designated locations on schedule with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.


* Partner with field team members to foster a positive, productive, and growth-oriented work environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical installations and diagnostics.


* Strong background primarily focused on residential electrical service work.


* Self-starter capable of driving directly to job sites, working independently, and maintaining reliable punctuality.


* Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude and a solid work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* Licensed Journeyman Electrician card or apprentice nearing eligibility to test.


* 4 years of hands-on electrical field experience.


* Proven experience preparing job estimates, scopes, and customer quotes in the field.
