You will serve as a key field leader driving site operations, equipment handling, and project execution for Maxwell Land Management LLC.

Reporting to leadership, you will have the autonomy to solve real-time mechanical challenges, manage job sites independently, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently across residential and commercial site development projects.


* Lead daily field operations and complete job scopes independently without needing step-by-step supervision.


* Perform on-site mechanical troubleshooting and minor repairs when equipment breaks down to keep projects moving.


* Proactively communicate with leadership regarding asset maintenance, broken machinery, and supply requests.


* Enforce strict site safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident work environment.


* Serve as a trustworthy and responsible steward over company assets, equipment, and resources.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* Minimum of 5 years of related work experience operating heavy machinery in field operations.


* Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a dependable driving record.


* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with proven ability to troubleshoot and fix equipment in the field.


* Proven track record as a self-starter capable of managing priorities and following direction independently.


* Willingness to travel up to 10% of working hours outside a 30-mile radius of the job site.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


* Prior experience supervising crews or leading tasks on residential and commercial land management sites.


* Familiarity with industry safety training and certifications (e.g., OSHA, Fall Protection, Lifts).

Compensation & Benefits:


* Hourly pay structure ranging from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour based on experience.


* Bi-weekly pay cycle with annual bonus potential.
