The Opportunity

You will serve as a field carpenter delivering customized, high-end residential carpentry and interior remodeling projects across the Lake Geneva area.

This role empowers you to take ownership of site execution while actively mentoring fellow crew members in a supportive, team-first culture.

You will directly impact client satisfaction by turning custom architectural plans into top-tier craftsmanship.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Execute daily high-end residential remodeling and trim carpentry tasks to precise client specifications.


* Collaborate directly with Project Managers to coordinate materials, plan workflows, and manage site timelines proactively.


* Mentor and train junior carpenters on site to elevate team skill levels and support their professional growth.


* Research complex construction details and proactively resolve job site technical challenges as they arise.


* Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude that reinforces a collaborative and dependable team environment.


* Provide honest, constructive feedback to crew members while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* High character, strong work ethic, and a positive, team-first attitude.


* Proven experience executing high-level residential remodeling and custom trim carpentry.


* Strong verbal communication skills to interact professionally with clients, project managers, and crew members.


* Ability to analyze construction details, solve technical issues on-site, and plan material needs ahead of time.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* 5+ years of dedicated professional carpentry experience in residential construction.


* High School Diploma or GED.


* Demonstrated history of mentoring, guiding, or training apprentice-level carpenters in the field.
