Lombardi Development is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This role is ideal for a driven construction professional with at least five years of general contractor experience who is ready to take ownership of projects and play a vital role in a collaborative, boutique-style construction firm.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):



* Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.


* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.


* Oversee subcontractor procurement, scope alignment, and contract administration.


* Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution.


* Lead project meetings and provide consistent updates to stakeholders.


* Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and pay applications.


* Monitor job cost reports and proactively address budget variances.


* Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.


* Support field operations to maintain schedule and resolve project challenges.


* Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications



* 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management with a General Contractor.


* Associate’s Degree preferred (Construction Management or related field).


* Experience with restaurant, office, or retail construction is strongly preferred.
