In this role, you will take a leading role in our residential operations by completing full-service installations, maintenance, and repairs.

You will make an immediate impact by ensuring every project meets strict quality and code standards while mentoring the next generation of trade professionals.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems including fixtures, pipes, valves, and drainage.


* Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and plumbing schematics to ensure precise system execution.


* Perform thorough system inspections and pressure tests to detect leaks or structural faults early.


* Coordinate with electricians, HVAC technicians, and other trades to achieve seamless project completion.


* Lead and support apprentices on-site by providing hands-on training and enforcing plumbing code compliance.


* Maintain accurate documentation of materials used, project progress, and work completed.


* Uphold company safety standards and OSHA guidelines while delivering top-tier customer service.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Valid Michigan Journeyman Plumbing License.


* Minimum of 3 years of professional plumbing experience.


* Strong working knowledge of residential plumbing systems, codes, tools, and installation techniques.


* Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, building plans, and technical documents.


* Ability to perform physical tasks in varying field conditions, including attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor settings.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Previous experience working within residential plumbing operations.


* Proven background in leading, mentoring, and developing plumbing apprentices on active job sites.


* Strong problem-solving abilities and effective interdisciplinary communication skills.
