Job Summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is looking for a service-focused leader for our Enterprise Applications team.

This individual will be a hands-on, working leader with strong business acumen, outstanding problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of one or more business process areas, expertise in managing software vendor licensing & relationships, and the ability to manage others.

The Business Application Manager will partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions, design and administer the platforms, and drive adoption, governance, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate combines strong systems expertise (configuration vs.

customization), business analysis skills, and a product mindset to deliver measurable business outcomes.

* This role will work hybrid out of our office in the Sandy Springs, GA area.

Job Responsibilities



* Systems Ownership & Administration
+ Configure, administer, and optimize the software in the business enablement space (i.e.: Autodesk, Smartsheet, Scribe, ServiceNow, Coupa, etc.)
+ Maintain environments, security roles, data integrations, and release management (Dev/Test/Prod).
+ Establish and enforce governance standards (naming conventions, solution lifecycle, ALM, documentation).
+ Work with business leaders and software vendors on RFPs, new contracts, and contract renewals



* Business Analysis, Data, and Continuous Improvement

+ Facilitate discovery with business stakeholders to capture requirements, process maps, and success metrics.
+ Translate requirements into user stories/acceptance criteria; prioritize backlog and roadmap.
+ Lead configuration/build, testing, and deployment (including UAT and training).
+ Monitor adoption, performance, and feedback; iterate solutions to improve usability and outcomes.
+ Create and maintain documentation (runbooks, data models, SOPs, knowledge articles).
+ Partner with data/IT teams to ensure high quality data flows, master data alignment, and API/ETL integrity.
