Job Duties

The Quality and Safety RN in Women's Health participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of a system-wide quality and safety program with responsibility for the functional components of the program, including auditing, chart review, staff competency, simulation and drills, education, and interface with other clinical departments.

• At least 5 years of Registered Nurse work experience is required.

• BSN is required.

• The ideal candidate will have experience in Clinical Risk and Patient Safety, familiarity with the MCARE Act of 2002 and PA-PSRS, and proficiency in Tableau, Midas, Excel, Word, and Acrobat Reader.
  
  Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to patient safety is a plus.
