Job Purpose

Machine Shop – Equipment Service Tech
Provide advanced machining, CNC (Computer Numerical Control) programming, fabrication, welding, and equipment support services to maintain and improve production equipment and fixtures.

This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machining equipment using CAD/CAM (Computer-Aided Design/Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software; developing machining processes; determining appropriate fits, finishes, and equipment functionality; and designing fixtures to support production and New Model activities.

Through emergency response, precision manufacturing, problem solving, and collaboration with team members, this position minimizes downtime, supports safety, quality, and delivery objectives, and contributes to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
