Your Role as the Health and Wellness Director

As the Health and Wellness Director, you’ll lead the clinical team to ensure exceptional care for our residents.

You’ll oversee all nursing services, providing supervision and guidance while maintaining compliance with policies, regulations, and Americare’s high standards.

Collaborating with other departments, you’ll manage assessments, care plans, and staff development, ensuring smooth operations.

Your leadership will play a key role in fostering a safe, home-like environment while supporting the well-being of both residents and team members.
