We are searching for the best talent for Process Engineering Co-Op to be in PR San Lorenzo.



* The Co-op term is from January to December, 2027.


* Full time requirement (40 hours per week).

Purpose

As a Process Engineering Co-Op, you will support manufacturing and process improvement initiatives within Ethicon San Lorenzo.

The role focuses on driving operational excellence through process optimization, project execution, quality improvements, data analysis, and implementation of engineering solutions while ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO, safety, and regulatory requirements.

You Will Be Responsible For



* Supporting and executing engineering projects of low to medium complexity.


* Identifying process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, throughput, and productivity.


* Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.


* Supporting process validation activities and developing validation protocols.


* Managing and supporting Non-Conformance (NC) Quality Actions from initiation through completion.


* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.


* Analyzing manufacturing data and recommending improvements to reduce waste, downtime, and costs.


* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and problem-solving methodologies.


* Coordinating communications between Ethicon San Lorenzo and equipment manufacturers or suppliers.


* Developing and presenting innovative solutions to improve manufacturing processes.


* Ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO, environmental, safety, and occupational health standards.
