Job Summary

The Global BPO Deliver Performance Excellence Leader serves as the business authority for operational excellence across the J&J MedTech Deliver network.

This role is responsible for defining and governing global operational standards, ensuring consistent execution across all distribution centers (both J&J-owned and 3PL-operated).

Acting as the Global Business Process Owner (BPO), the leader drives continuous improvement, benchmarking, and cost-to-deliver intelligence to enhance service performance, cost efficiency, and overall network excellence.
